How many people does the cabin sleep?
10 Adults + ~4 kids
There are 3 bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms
Downstairs
Bedroom and Bathroom #1: The main floor of the cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with a shower.
Upstairs
Upstairs is an additional full bath with a tub/shower combination and 2 large bedrooms.
Bedroom #2: The rear bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed in a reading nook & an additional twin bed.
Bedroom #3 (Kid/Fun Room): The front bedroom has a balcony, an additional bathroom sink area and a loft. The front bedroom has 1 full bed and a full/twin bunk bed unit. There is a carpeted ladder leading up to an additional sleeping loft with 3 twin mattresses. This bedroom is a great kid room with 2 TVs with built-in VCRs, a Wi Gaming system and lots of toys, puzzles & games.
How do we book our stay?
Contact Ashley at booking@papajoesplaceshaver.com or text/call her at (559) 285-6791. Let her know the dates that you are requesting and she will get back to you with next steps for booking.
When is the payment due?
We require a minimum 50% deposit of the rental fee paid 2 weeks prior to arrival (unless other arrangements have been made) and the balance due the day of arrival. The deposit is refundable if we receive 48 hours cancellation notice.
Can we bring pets?
We try to be pet friendly if Fido is well behaved. We have a small fenced yard, but we know that accidents can happen so we charge a $150 refundable Pet Deposit.
What is the check-in/check-out time?
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 12pm
If you need an early check-in or late check-out please contact Ashley when you are booking so we can schedule our cleaning team accordingly.
Do you have a security deposit?
At this time, we do not charge a Security Deposit (but that may change if there are “issues”).
Do we have to pay the cleaning fee if we clean ourselves?
Yes. Our cleaning company does a very thorough job cleaning, laundering, and getting the cabin ready for the next guests. We also want you to focus on having fun and enjoying your stay. We also charge you the same amount we pay our Cleaning Service, $200 which includes linens and garbage.

WE WILL BE CAREFULLY DISINFECTING ALL EASILY TOUCHED SURFACES AND WE NEVER RENT OUR CABIN TO BACK TO BACK RENTERS TO ENSURE THAT NO VIRUSES LINGER. CURRENT CDC GUIDANCE IS COVID-19 STAYS ON SURFACES A MAXIMUM OF 3 DAYS.
